GLB model is not textured in the MetaHi viewer?

Make sure your asset looks good before publishing it to the marketplace. You can still change asset details while it is unpublished.

If your GLB model is not textured in the viewer, you can add the textures to the model by following these steps:

  1. Open the GLB file in a 3D modeling software that supports texture mapping, such as Blender or 3DS Max.

  2. In the modeling software, create a new material and assign it to the model. In the material settings, add the texture file to the material's texture slot. The texture file should be in a format that is compatible with the software and the GLB format, such as JPEG, PNG, or BMP.

  3. Configure the texture mapping options, such as UV mapping or texture coordinates, to match the texture to the model's surface.

  4. Once the material and texture are set up, export the model as a new GLB file with the textures embedded.

After completing these steps, the new GLB file should include the textures and display properly in the viewer. If you are still having issues, double-check that the texture file paths are correctly set in the GLB file and that the software you're using is compatible with the GLB format.
